The main things that you’ll need are proteins, vegetables, and fruits. Make sure to get lots of fruit so that you can eat those to fight any cravings you have. Fruit will become your best friend when you have cravings because you can eat as much of it as you want until the cravings go away. The extra meat that you get can be stored in the freezer so you don’t have to make as many trips to the grocery store.

The meals that you want to eat should use many of the same ingredients. This will help you to keep your costs down while doing the challenge. Luckily, eggs are one of the most common ingredients and they are cheap. You should also try to buy the fruits and vegetables that are in season. They’ll have the best taste and be less expensive.

Don’t forget to keep track of your challenge with a food journal. Write down when you start eating right and how you feel each day. Keeping track of all those things will help you stay motivated and stay on track to completing the challenge and changing your life. If you’re not satisfied by the end of 30 days, then just go back to eating the way you used to. You only spent the last month eating tasty, healthy meals and that’s not bad at all.
