If you have to go to a party, one of the easiest tricks is to eat a large snack before you go. By eating at home, you won’t have all the cravings that happen when you’re hungry. When you stop your hunger from making the decisions, you will have an easier time picking healthy snacks. It will be much easier to go home at the end of the night knowing that you had fun and still took care of your body.
